Physical activity is important for children, as it helps keep them at a healthy weight, preventing many health problems that can come with being overweight, such as diabetes. FLIPANY encourages that children exercise at least an hour a day.

Earn a Bike

Earn-A-Bike is a hands-on learning and earning program for youth ages 10-17. Over the course of 8 session, participants learn the basics of bike repair and maintenance as well as safe riding on the roads.
