In celebration of #NationalPizzaDay we would like to show you a great way to get your kids to eat something healthy, while having fun at the same time!!

FLIPANY Recipe: Pizza Roll Ups

Ingredients🍅
• One 8-inch whole wheat flour tortilla
• 2 Tablespoons of homemade tomato sauce (recipe below)
• 2 Tablespoons of cheesy Greek yogurt spread (recipe below)
• ¼ cup of fresh baby spinach leaves
Ingredients for Greek yogurt spread🍅
• 6-ounces of Nonfat Greek Plain Yogurt
• 1 Tablespoon of grated parmesan cheese
• 1 Tablespoon of chopped fresh basil
Ingredients for Homemade Tomato Sauce 🍅
• One 14.5-ounce can of crushed tomatoes
• 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
• 1 Tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
• 1 garlic clove, finely minced
• ½ teaspoon of salt
• Black pepper to taste
Directions🍅
1. Mix crushed tomatoes with olive oil, dried herbs, salt and pepper. Set aside.
2. In a separate bowl, mix Greek plain yogurt with grated parmesan and chopped fresh basil. Set aside.
3. Spread 2 Tablespoons of tomato sauce over whole wheat tortilla.
4. Top tortilla with an even layer of fresh baby spinach leaves.
5. Spread 2 Tablespoons of the cheesy yogurt mixture over spinach.
6. Carefully roll the tortilla up and serve.

Ingredients:
• Watermelon
• Banana
• Kiwi
• Strawberries
• Blueberries
• Granola
• Shredded Coconut
• Vanilla Extract
• Honey
• Nutmeg
• Greek Yogurt

Directions:
1. Cut watermelon into pizza shapes slices.
2. Mix greek yogurt, vanilla extract and honey into a bowl.
3. Cut banana, kiwi and strawberries intro slices.
4. Top watermelon pizza as desired with all fruits and yogurt mix.
5. Sprinkle some granola, nutmeg and shredded coconut.
6. ENJOY!
